GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Role & Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs for a variety of digital platforms, including social media Creatives, Branding, Creative Marketing and more.

Creative Ideation:

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, bringing fresh and innovative design concepts to the table.

Adherence to Timelines:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design assets, maintaining brand integrity and identity.

Feedback Incorporation:

Actively seek and incorporate feedback from clients and team members, iterating on designs to achieve the desired results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

Front-end Development:

Develop and maintain visually appealing and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Web Design:

Create engaging and visually compelling designs for websites, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with graphic designers, content, and with client to understand project goals and requirements, contributing technical expertise to the creative process.

CMS Integration:

Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) to empower clients with the ability to manage and update website content.

Responsive Design:

Ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, delivering a consistent and user-friendly experience across platforms.

Testing and Debugging:

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal website performance.
