Our Strategy
We started by doing what most agencies skip — listening. A detailed gap analysis helped us identify blind spots across their digital and admission journey. We launched a story-driven video series featuring alumni, faculty, and students to build trust and humanize the brand. A full-funnel, multi-platform media strategy followed across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. We overhauled the online admission process, embedded SEO and ORM for better discoverability, and set up long-term content pipelines rooted in data and storytelling — not just trends.
